Calibrating the Fish Hold

Jason, the Mary F’s First Mate, calibrates the recently updated blast chiller using a wireless device. The transmitter is placed in the hold, and the receiver is held outside allowing the hold to be completely closed. A signal is transmitted every 30 seconds updating the temperature as it drops. The target temperature for the hold is -30˚F.
