The bridge aboard the ‘Mary F’ owned by a third generation fisherman, is a salmon and crab boat birthed at San Francisco’s Fisherman’s wharf harbor. Currently behind schedule the owner and crew are finishing repairs and upgrades in preparation for the recently opened Salmon season. One of the major upgrades to the boat is the installation of the a blast freezer that will instantly freeze the fish caught guaranteeing quality & freshness. This will allow the boat to now sell their catch to the sushi markets.
